Spawned agents are told not to run git commands (team lead handles those)
and to call db/connectors scripts with bare commands only — no python3
prefix or command chaining — so they match the permission whitelist.

Add sprint-plan, pr-push, pr-review, ticket, docs-search, and
workshop-start to shared permission settings.

Case A on main previously closed the active sprint immediately without
checking ticket completion or open PR status. Now checks both and asks
the user before proceeding.

Implements 4 completed tickets + partial progress on 2 more:
- #93 Tier marker components (ActiveSim, BackgroundSim, StateSaved + TierPlugin)
- #138 Information tag schema (ObserverAccess enum in knowledge/types.rs)
- #124 Sound event system (SoundEventEmitter, SoundEventQueue, bridge wiring)
- #193 Line previewer CLI (line_preview binary with filter/explain/sequence modes)
- #94 Active tier simulation (in progress — With<ActiveSim> filters)
- #139 Component-level access control (in progress — filter_by_access)
Updates snapshot fixtures and test golden files for new sound_events field.

Adopts the whatsinagame naming pattern where the domain comes
first and the action second (e.g. pr-review, sprint-start,
audio-gen). Updated all cross-references in settings, agents,
docs, and inter-skill references.
12 renames: commit→git-commit, create-skill→skill-create,
gen-audio→audio-gen, gen-image→image-gen, plan-sprint→sprint-plan,
push-pr→pr-push, render-sprite→sprite-gen, review-pr→pr-review,
search-docs→docs-search, start-sprint→sprint-start,
start-workshop→workshop-start.

Gitignored .tmp/ avoids Bash permission prompts when writing
temp files for tea comment posting. Added sed -n blanket
permission. Updated review-pr skill to use Write tool into
.tmp/ instead of Bash heredocs to /tmp/.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
push-pr now runs /commit first when uncommitted changes are detected,
making it a one-stop commit→push→PR command. Added Skill to
allowed-tools for cross-skill invocation.

Documents audio-batch manifest format, synth parameters, and the
--post flag as the preferred workflows. Batch reduces approval
count from ~30 to 2 for multi-asset generation.

On main, the skill now assesses sprint state and does the next right
thing: close active sprint (Case A), activate planned sprint (Case B),
or suggest /plan-sprint (Case C). Cases chain automatically — closing
flows into activation if a planned sprint is waiting.

Technical project descriptor with game architecture, simulation
parameters, and content model. Version field (0.1.9) is now the
canonical version — Cargo.toml synced, CLAUDE.md and start-sprint
skill updated to reference it during release workflow.

Step 7 now transitions all unblocked sprint tickets to in_progress
immediately rather than deferring to agents (who forget). Completes
the ticket lifecycle: start-sprint → in_progress, push-pr → review,
sprint stop → done.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Step 7 scans commit messages for #NNN ticket refs and transitions
in_progress tickets to review status. Only in_progress → review;
other statuses are left alone.

When invoked on main, /start-sprint now closes the active sprint,
bumps the version to v0.1.N, moves changelog entries under the new
version heading, tags, and pushes. Team branch behavior unchanged.

Documents the {domain}-{action} naming pattern for new skills
so future skills follow the convention established in the kit.

Agents were sending outputs as messages instead of writing files,
which prevented Qatux (documenter) from reading other agents' work.
Now each round task instructs agents to write to
docs/workshops/{name}/{agent}-roundN.md, and between-round steps
verify files exist before proceeding.

Agents were navigating outside the git root into sibling worktrees.
Added explicit boundary rules: all work stays within the git root
unless directly instructed otherwise. Updated plan-sprint to enforce
worktree-relative paths in generated briefings.

Move universally-needed permissions from per-worktree
settings.local.json into the shared .claude/settings.json:
git operations, ticket/sprint/sqlite CLI, make, tea, skills.
Add deny rules for destructive operations (force push, hard
reset, clean -f, rm -rf). Migrate from deprecated :* suffix
to modern space-wildcard syntax.

Unified sprint script at db/connectors/sprint with 5 subcommands:
status, start, stop, start-work, prepare. Calls ticket CLI via
subprocess (no SQL duplication), auto-detects sprint from DB state
and team from git branch. Guards prevent activating unplanned
sprints. Updated start-sprint, plan-sprint, and ticket skills to
reference the new CLI. Added sprint CLI section to CLAUDE.md.

The skill previously relied on the agent hardcoding branch names,
which missed non-standard branches like planning. Now explicitly
instructs the agent to use git worktree list for discovery.

Separates the 3D-to-2D render pipeline from the game client into its
own minimal Godot project. No autoloads, no plugins, no game code —
just the render scene, models, textures, and export script. Eliminates
SimBridge parse errors and gdUnit4 scanning during renders.

Godot @tool render scene that takes a textured 3D model and produces
2D sprites at 1024/256/64 from 4 cardinal directions with outlines
applied at working resolution. Camera at "the angle" (-72.5deg ortho).
Includes two POC wall models with Nano Banana textures, CLI wrapper
script with headless import step, and .uid files added to gitignore.

- search-docs: remove content already in CLAUDE.md (basic commands,
endpoints, examples), keep only unique operations and workflows
- ticket: remove duplicated access method and SQL wrapper docs, add
missing show --brief command reference
- review-pr: extract branch-type reviewer profiles to
references/reviewer-profiles.md, reducing SKILL.md from 287 to 187
lines while preserving all reviewer specifications
- create-skill: remove empty .gitkeep placeholders from unused
references/ and scripts/ directories
Reviewed all skills against /create-skill conventions. Main findings
were CLAUDE.md content duplication wasting context tokens and a
progressive disclosure opportunity in the longest skill.

Paula, Miri, Ozzie lack Bash access and cannot git show from branches.
Skill now documents which agents can self-serve and instructs the caller
to read and paste file contents into prompts for agents that can't.

Pushes current branch and creates or updates a PR without ever
merging into main. Prevents accidental PR merges by restricting
the skill to branch-side operations only.

Replace the solo plan-mode step with team orchestration: parse the
Agents line from the sprint briefing, create a team, create tasks
from tickets with dependency chains, and spawn all listed agents as
background teammates. User confirmation gates the spawn.

- tooling/db-backup: copies shared settledreach.db to docs/backups/
for git tracking (main branch only)
- tooling/db-install: restores from backup for new clones
- make db-backup / make db-install Makefile targets
- worktree-update skill runs make db-backup after merges on main

Claude Code's CWD is always the worktree root, so all script
invocations work with plain relative paths (db/connectors/ticket,
db/connectors/qdrant-search, etc.). The REPO_ROOT environment
variable and its settings.local.json definitions are no longer needed.
Updated: CLAUDE.md, all skill files, qatux agent file.
The settings.local.json env sections were also removed across all
9 worktrees (non-git files, edited directly).

Non-destructive branch sync utility. On main: shows worktree branches
ahead of main with PR flags, lets user pick which to merge. On other
branches: merges main in. Stops on conflicts, never force-pushes.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Each worktree now has REPO_ROOT pre-set in .claude/settings.local.json,
removing the need for git rev-parse --show-toplevel at runtime. Updated
CLAUDE.md, skills (start-sprint, plan-sprint, ticket, search-docs),
briefing template, and qatux agent to use the env var prefix.

Sprint planning is SI's job. Skill now spawns SI via Task tool
instead of running the workflow directly.

Defines default agents per team so sprint briefings name the
right agents to spawn. Registers Inigo for the audio team.

Standby agent for audio implementation phase. Named after the
Dreamer from the Void Trilogy. Covers soundscape design, ambient
layers, diegetic cues, and D-018 audio propagation rules.

start-sprint and plan-sprint only recognized server/client as valid team
branches. Updated to include all six teams (server, client, copy, audio,
visual, ci) matching the SI agent's ticket assignment rules.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Teams are server, client, copy, audio, visual, ci. Never use
"joint" — split cross-team work into per-team tickets with
explicit dependencies.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Replace immediate ticket status change with a mandatory plan mode
step. Agent must now enter plan mode, create a concrete sprint plan
covering implementation approach and ticket ordering, and get user
approval before marking any ticket as in_progress.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Adds a comma-separated team field to tickets so work can be
attributed to server, client, or joint teams. Includes --team
filter on list, --team on create, and a new team subcommand.
Schema, CLI, and skill docs all updated.
