Round 4: final positions incorporating the name Abzu and all challenge results. Locked decisions: high-bleed as failed vigil canon, vigil predates human tenure, Institute paralyzed by faction conflict, non-resolution principle. Araminta added upwelling lighting gradient, departure transit spec, Mode 3 Institute transient vocabulary. Paula endorsed Option C for the inner envelope.
