### #801 Define commodity catalog (TOML)
|
||
|
||
Author `wiki/economics/commodities.toml` with ~30 commodity types:
|
||
- 7 raw materials (ore, rare minerals, timber, agricultural produce, water, energy, organics)
|
||
- 8 intermediate goods (refined metals, structural panels, processed food, components, chemicals, hull plates, drive assemblies, habitat modules)
|
||
- 7 final goods (heavy equipment, vehicles, consumer goods, luxury goods, implant hardware, gate components, freight haulers)
|
||
- ~5 professional services (legal, banking, medical/re-embodiment, information brokerage, technical certification)
|
||
- ~3 luxury/experiential services (tourism, entertainment media, fine dining/hospitality)
|
||
|
||
Each entry needs: tier, elasticity class, base price (in Tractus), bulk class, political sensitivity flag. Include production chain recipes in `wiki/economics/production_chains.toml`.
|
||
|
||

### #804 Extend systems.db schema for economics
|
||
|
||
Server team ticket. Add tables: `gate_links` (from star-map.json), `commodities`, `production_chains`, `chain_inputs`, `corp_presence`. Add columns: `currency_zone` on `star_systems`, corporation extensions. Import gate adjacency data.
|
||
|
||
