jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 a4ac208667 docs(meta): document localization gotchas in modding reference
Add Localization Gotchas section covering hard-won lessons:
religion custom loc mapping blocks, trait double-prefix keys,
name list name loc, county adjective keys, culture extra keys,
and province history for total conversions. Also add 3 entries
to the Common Pitfalls table.

Core Systems

  • Allomancy — Genetic trait system. Dormant potential activates via "snapping" into Misting types or full Mistborn.
  • Lord Ruler Attention — Variable (0100) tracking defiance; escalating consequences.
  • Compounding — Allomantic + Feruchemical overlap triggers on yearly pulse.
  • Hemalurgy — Spike-based power transfer system.
