Add localization mapping blocks to all 4 religions in the
definition file — CK3 requires explicit localization = { }
blocks to map generic keys (HighGodName, PriestMale, etc.)
to faith-prefixed loc strings.
Add ~960 loc entries covering all 128 custom loc keys for
each faith (steel_ministry, survivorism, terris_worldbringers,
cult_of_ruin): deity names/pronouns, priest/bishop/devotee
titles, religious terms, afterlife, holy war names, holy site
double-prefix keys, and religion adherent names.
