jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.7 d474d9edff update member memory from first Council session
All ten voting members now have a first entry in journal.md referencing
the Volt NL fit session, plus first substantive content in
on-the-user.md. Common threads captured independently across several
members: the user's standing rejection of strategic voting, EU
federalism and democracy/digital-rights as co-foundational pair, and
SMR-positive climate pragmatism.

revisit.md left untouched across all ten — every member reported the
session closed cleanly with no dangling threads worth future attention.
Researcher and Scribe have no journals by design.

# On the user — Nikolai \Niko\ Prochazka
<!-- Slow-growing picture of the user. Only update when something non-obvious comes up. No timestamps — this is a synthesized portrait, not a log. -->
Rejects strategic voting as a standing principle, not a situational preference. Will not vote for a larger party to improve coalition odds. Treat this as a fixed constraint in any electoral or political question.
EU federalism is co-foundational — it sits at the same level as democratic values and digital rights, not below them. Not a soft preference. The user reaches for it as an identity label, not a policy checkbox.
Engages with fiscal and distributive policy philosophically. When confronted with a position (e.g., wealth tax), will reason through coherence rather than defaulting to discomfort or acceptance. Expects that kind of engagement back.
