proposed vigil_vocabulary flag and Establish Watch verb. Nigel
proposed cross-playthrough WATCHER persistence flag. Ozzie
proposed door-measuring as retroactive evidence reading (thin
but visceral). Lead verdict: "too much philosophy too little
lootbox" — parking this for later. The reward design is TBD.
