New `list-systems` subcommand with --sector, --hop, --finished, --unfinished
filters. Also adds --sector flag to existing `unfinished` and `next` commands
for corridor-scoped queries during atlas authoring.

The Reach's only commercial marble source. A cooperative side venture
on a gas giant moon that accidentally became worth more than the
station it was meant to subsidize. 800 tonnes/year of Kvitfjell Blue
at luxury pricing, zero competitors, and an identity crisis.

Review: copy -> main (type: copy) — PR #103

Hoshe (QA): APPROVE

All 48 proposals pass. Data clean, population:null correct. Rust code safe (parameterized SQL). Three pre-existing atlas.rs bugs found (not Track D) — ticketed as #762.

Paula (Narrative Depth): APPROVE

Silence Topic variety dramatically improved — 18 distinct mechanisms, zero "hidden document" repeats. Compact of Westphalia political arc is the best worldbuilding in the project. Two data issues ticketed: #758 (Langemark schema), #759 (Solheim topology). Cultural range deferred to post-atlas audit.

Miri (World Consistency): APPROVE

Tidal locking correct throughout. Wave assignments plausible. Compact geography coherent. GJ601A F2III note ticketed (#760). GJ4056 spectral fix ticketed (#761).

Verdict: APPROVED

Tickets created:

  • #758 — Langemark non-schema values in celestial bodies table
  • #759 — Solheim topology disconnect
  • #760 — GJ601A F2III stellar evolution note
  • #761 — GJ4056 spectral_class "g" malformed
  • #762 — Pre-existing: habitable_planet_count filter bug in atlas.rs
