Summary

  • Author body catalogs for east_reach (6 systems) and deep_frontier (8 systems) — wiki pages, proposal JSONs, naming
  • Bulk-sync 233 proposals into systems.db that were missing from prior sessions (commit-system was never run for them)
  • Fix 7 duplicate body IDs in proposals (planet and gas giant sharing same letter suffix)
  • Name all 24 remaining unsettled systems with GJ designation (except GJ 868 → "Encontro" per wiki lore)
  • All 301 systems now have proper_name, bodies, and stations in systems.db

Closes sprint 29 tickets #739 #740 #741 #742 #743.

DB sync note

commit-system writes bodies/stations but never updates proper_name in star_systems — the 233 missing names were bulk-updated via SQL. The atlas-commit-and-sync script also never stages systems.db in git commits (by design, to avoid binary churn). DB was committed at PR boundaries as intended, but the checkpoint was missed for several sessions.

commit-system was inserting bodies/stations but never writing proper_name
to star_systems. Bulk-updated all 276 authored system names. Fixed duplicate
body_id collisions in GJ 1156, GJ 139, GJ 34A, GJ 34B, GJ 661A, GJ 664,
GJ 780 (planet and gas giant sharing same letter suffix).

Unsettled systems receive their GJ designation as proper_name, except
GJ 868 which is named "Encontro" per wiki lore (informal Portuguese
corridor name). 24 proposals updated, systems.db fully synced.

1. GJ 111: spectral_class F5V → F5/F6V to match wiki (subgiant)
2. GJ 3943: spectral_class k-m → K5V+M3V (valid MK notation for binary)
