jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 921d2aef0d refactor(assets): move sprite renderer to standalone project at renderer/
Separates the 3D-to-2D render pipeline from the game client into its
own minimal Godot project. No autoloads, no plugins, no game code —
just the render scene, models, textures, and export script. Eliminates
SimBridge parse errors and gdUnit4 scanning during renders.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 2ed8fb5b37 feat(assets): add 3D-to-2D sprite render pipeline and /render-sprite skill
Godot @tool render scene that takes a textured 3D model and produces
2D sprites at 1024/256/64 from 4 cardinal directions with outlines
applied at working resolution. Camera at "the angle" (-72.5deg ortho).
Includes two POC wall models with Nano Banana textures, CLI wrapper
script with headless import step, and .uid files added to gitignore.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 60ca9d951c feat(db): add database backup/restore tooling
- tooling/db-backup: copies shared settledreach.db to docs/backups/
for git tracking (main branch only)
- tooling/db-install: restores from backup for new clones

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 0784d484c4 chore(config): remove $REPO_ROOT env var, use relative paths
Claude Code's CWD is always the worktree root, so all script
invocations work with plain relative paths (db/connectors/ticket,
db/connectors/qdrant-search, etc.). The REPO_ROOT environment
variable and its settings.local.json definitions are no longer needed.

Updated: CLAUDE.md, all skill files, qatux agent file.
The settings.local.json env sections were also removed across all
9 worktrees (non-git files, edited directly).

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 7e6fd09770 chore(skills): add worktree-update skill
Non-destructive branch sync utility. On main: shows worktree branches
ahead of main with PR flags, lets user pick which to merge. On other
branches: merges main in. Stops on conflicts, never force-pushes.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 c20c1810b1 chore(config): use $REPO_ROOT env var in all instruction files
Each worktree now has REPO_ROOT pre-set in .claude/settings.local.json,
removing the need for git rev-parse --show-toplevel at runtime. Updated
CLAUDE.md, skills (start-sprint, plan-sprint, ticket, search-docs),
briefing template, and qatux agent to use the env var prefix.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 ab406821d6 chore(skills): delegate plan-sprint to SI agent

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 bc311c9893 fix(skills): recognize all team branches in sprint skills
start-sprint and plan-sprint only recognized server/client as valid team
branches. Updated to include all six teams (server, client, copy, audio,
visual, ci) matching the SI agent's ticket assignment rules.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 fb9d684767 chore(agents): add ticket assignment rules to SI agent
Teams are server, client, copy, audio, visual, ci. Never use
"joint" — split cross-team work into per-team tickets with
explicit dependencies.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 5805d17f0b chore(skills): require plan mode in start-sprint skill
Replace immediate ticket status change with a mandatory plan mode
step. Agent must now enter plan mode, create a concrete sprint plan
covering implementation approach and ticket ordering, and get user
approval before marking any ticket as in_progress.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 811a5f8a4c chore(config): track .claude/settings.json in version control

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 39f85dfb3a fix(skills): use absolute paths in start-sprint for worktree safety
The skill used bare relative paths like db/connectors/ticket which
fail when the shell CWD doesn't match the worktree root. Now requires
resolving REPO_ROOT via git rev-parse --show-toplevel first.
