Morwenna Station (GJ166A), Havelmark (GJ251), Portela (GJ699),
Grindvik belt and Sturen Platforms (GJ820B). Names chosen to match
each system's cultural heritage and naming register.

All 85 verifiable proposals now pass atlas-verify.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 37ba7042a8 data(atlas): add missing planets and asteroid belts to 40 proposals 
Systems below the minimum planet count for their spectral class now
have outer ice/frozen worlds added. Systems missing asteroid belts
have a sparse outer belt inserted. Orbit indices renumbered to stay
monotonic after insertions.

Remaining 5 verify errors are unnamed stations/bodies (content decisions).

- Rewrite atlas-verify as proper Python script (was inline Python in
  bash with path injection risk). Adds star_type/spectral_class
  consistency check. Supports multiple files via glob.
- Add atlas-names and atlas-systems-done query helpers (clean versions
  of what the copy branch created — supersedes atlas-helpers.sh)
- Wire atlas-verify into Makefile (make atlas-verify, pre-pr-content)
- Update atlas skill references to point to the script
- Merge diff-based skip into pre-push hook: only lint client/ or
  server/ when those dirs actually changed in the push. Combined with
  existing directory-existence guards for cold worktrees.

Skip checks gracefully when .godot/, client/scripts/, or server/target/
don't exist instead of failing. Worktree branches can now push without
needing a full Godot import or Rust build first.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 77793384a7 fix(config): skip GDScript/Rust lint in pre-push when no changes in those dirs 
Pre-push hook now detects which directories have changes in the push
range. Skips GDScript checks when no client/ files changed, skips Rust
checks when no server/ files changed. Prevents worktree cache issues
from blocking data-only pushes.

canonical. Supersedes D-104, D-105, D-101 axis A, D-107 (partial).

total across four cultivated worlds. No orbital infrastructure.

Fixed sync-wiki topology clobbering bug. Restored topology sections
for Cairn (GJ 845) and Aurelius (GJ 783A).
