Standardized YAML frontmatter on all 40 docs/design/ files with title,
description, type, status, ticket, decision_refs, and author fields.
Covers specs, wireframes, voice cards, spatial layouts, and system
designs.

medium range S1 (3-8) vs S7 (3-20) contradiction, split dual values in
quick-reference table
- entity-color-system: D-046 → D-015 for peripheral rendering, tighten
cognitive delay wording, add accessibility ticket tracking note
- visual-grammar-v01: dialogue max-width corrected from ~70% to 640px
per D-076
- the-friend-visual-treatment: D-063 citation title corrected
- tell-visual-expression: soften D-024 attribution (axis, not categories)
- environmental-text-standards: specify tile unit for terminal visibility
- monologue-display-spec: header updated to reflect Sprint 14 inclusion
- CHANGELOG: add entries for all 6 Sprint 14 design docs

docs(visual): Sprint 14 visual spec suite — 6 design documents

Completes all Sprint 14 visual tickets (#304 , #316 , #317 , #318 , #334 , #251 ).
- entity-color-system.md (#304 ): Full D-033 relationship→color spec. Hex values,
runtime derivation from VisibleEntity.relationship, 0.5s transition behavior,
fog edge cases, static object definition, color blindness assessment (deuteranopia
and protanopia gaps flagged for v0.1.2+). Implementation notes for Stig.
- text-display-hierarchy.md (#316 ): Four content pipelines — dialogue, monologue,
overheard/observation, environmental text. Screen positions, z-layers, font sizes,
hex values, passive panel mode for D-078 overheard conversation.
- sound-indicator-visual.md (#317 ): Fog-edge pulse spec. Three color codes, direction
encoding, three range-distance alpha levels, 2.5s pulse animation target, suppression
rules, current vs target implementation delta for Stig.
- the-friend-visual-treatment.md (#318 ): Phase 1/2/3 visual states for Kael Davan
and Sera Venn. Earned visual detail principle, 0.5s green→amber transition, staging
requirement (first relationship color change in session), animation tier transition
point. Cross-references entity-color-system.md.
- environmental-text-standards.md (#334 ): Signage, terminals, news tickers. Character
limits, z-layers, two-state terminal model, bilingual Concordat Standard/Krenn
vernacular treatment (D-036), scroll behavior, copy team and Stig quick-reference tables.
- tell-visual-expression.md (#251 ): 5 tell categories mapped to 6 Tier 2 behavioral
patterns. Tile-level appearance descriptions, intensity scaling, server implementation
notes for Dudley, monologue layer spec for Mellanie. THE FRIEND tell trajectory
for Kael and Sera included.
