Move start-sprint.sh into .claude/skills/sprint-start/scripts/ (was
standalone at parent directory level). Sprint-start Case B now calls
the script automatically after activating a sprint — creates ephemeral
worktrees and opens Ptyxis tabs for each active team.

Persistent worktrees (server, client, copy, audio, visual, ci, planning,
maintenance) caused agents crossing boundaries, stuck agents leaving
uncommitted work, and index.lock collisions. Replaced with ephemeral
sprint branches (sprint-{N}/{team}) and worktrees created on demand.
Changes:
- New start-sprint script replaces start-session (dynamic tabs per active team)
- Sprint teardown integrated into sprint-start skill (A1c step)
- SR_DB_PATH env var for database access from any directory
- CLAUDE.md team boundaries rewritten (scope-based, not directory-based)
- Agent Rule 0 updated to team scope dirs instead of worktree isolation
- PR review uses git show instead of cross-directory reads
- Briefing template updated for sprint-{N}/{team} branch naming
- Deleted worktree-update skill (obsolete)
- Removed WORKTREE_TEAM env var and cross-directory Read permissions
- All 8 persistent worktrees removed

Clears stale .git/index.lock files before git write commands.
Claude Code's internal git status polling leaves orphan locks
(anthropics/claude-code#11005) that block add/commit/merge/push.
The hook checks lsof/fuser before removing — only stale locks are
cleared, never locks held by live processes. Read-only git commands
are skipped entirely.

These permissions are only needed by the main worktree for PR reviews,
not by team worktrees. Moved from shared settings.json to local.

Adds Read permissions for all team worktree directories so review
agents spawned from main can read source files directly instead of
falling back to git diff.

Points auto-memory to ~/Projects/settled-reach/.memory so all
worktrees share a single memory root outside the git tree.

Remove the db/connectors → tooling/db/ symlink added in Sprint 21
(#274) and migrate all references to use tooling/db/ directly.
- Delete tracked symlink from db/connectors
- Remove duplicate db/connectors/* permission patterns from settings
- Update project-structure.md to reflect removal
- Move whatsinagame/static/db/connectors/ to whatsinagame/static/tooling/db/
- Update 20 whatsinagame template, skill, and test files
- Update comment references in client/tests/test_anti_tedium.gd
- Historical docs (old sprint briefings, changelog, discussions) left as-is

Parity fix from PR #74 re-review round 2: legacy permission block
was missing audio-batch entry that exists in the tooling/db/ block.

Add missing db/connectors/decision permission in settings.json and
update DEVOPS.md layout table to reflect connector move. Filed #568
for Sprint 22 symlink removal.

Consolidates all connector scripts under tooling/ per project
structure conventions. Symlink at db/connectors → tooling/db/
preserves backwards compatibility (remove after Sprint 22).
Updated references in CLAUDE.md, Makefile, DEVOPS.md, all skill
files, agent files, rules, schema comments, and Sprint 21
briefings. Python scripts updated with correct SCHEMA_PATH
(now relative to WORKTREE_ROOT/db/schema.sql).

Single-command wrapper that handles temp file creation and cleanup
so tea comment works reliably with multi-line strings. Pre-approved
in settings.json, referenced in CLAUDE.md and pr-review skill.

Add sprint-plan, pr-push, pr-review, ticket, docs-search, and
workshop-start to shared permission settings.

Adopts the whatsinagame naming pattern where the domain comes
first and the action second (e.g. pr-review, sprint-start,
audio-gen). Updated all cross-references in settings, agents,
docs, and inter-skill references.
12 renames: commit→git-commit, create-skill→skill-create,
gen-audio→audio-gen, gen-image→image-gen, plan-sprint→sprint-plan,
push-pr→pr-push, render-sprite→sprite-gen, review-pr→pr-review,
search-docs→docs-search, start-sprint→sprint-start,
start-workshop→workshop-start.

Gitignored .tmp/ avoids Bash permission prompts when writing
temp files for tea comment posting. Added sed -n blanket
permission. Updated review-pr skill to use Write tool into
.tmp/ instead of Bash heredocs to /tmp/.

Move universally-needed permissions from per-worktree
settings.local.json into the shared .claude/settings.json:
git operations, ticket/sprint/sqlite CLI, make, tea, skills.
Add deny rules for destructive operations (force push, hard
reset, clean -f, rm -rf). Migrate from deprecated :* suffix
to modern space-wildcard syntax.

Settings.json is the shared team config (distinct from settings.local.json
which remains per-user). Remove it from .gitignore so it's tracked.
