feat(docs): add Calloway Distillery and thrds corporation pages, corporation template

Write full wiki pages for the two missing north_reach corporations
referenced in the corporations index. Content derived from existing
system pages (GJ-3325 Calloway Reach, GJ-475 Braemar). Add
corporation template to wiki/_templates/.
