refactor(data): migrate star-map.json from S-numbers to GJ IDs

Browse Source

Replace all S-XXX system identifiers with GJ astronomical IDs in
star-map.json nodes and edges. The astronomical_id field is removed
from nodes (now redundant with system_id). 301 nodes, 335 edges.
