chore(db): add 17 tickets from architecture review audit (#339-#355)

12 actionable items (7 Sprint 1 tasks, 5 Sprint 2+ tasks) and
5 workshop epic tickets. Sprint 1 critical items include protocol
handshake, SpatialIndex trait, HashMap ban, IPC timing benchmark,
and entity_renderer.gd bug fix. Workshop #352 blocked by #351.
