jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 e31761db68 fix(encoding): add UTF-8 BOM to all .txt files 
CK3 requires UTF-8 BOM on .txt data files. Without it, every file
logs a parse warning and data loading becomes unreliable. Added BOM
(EF BB BF) to all 76 .txt files under lords_of_ash/.
