All ten voting members now have a first entry in journal.md referencing the Volt NL fit session, plus first substantive content in on-the-user.md. Common threads captured independently across several members: the user's standing rejection of strategic voting, EU federalism and democracy/digital-rights as co-foundational pair, and SMR-positive climate pragmatism. revisit.md left untouched across all ten — every member reported the session closed cleanly with no dangling threads worth future attention. Researcher and Scribe have no journals by design. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

## 2026-04-19 — [[sessions/2026-04-19_volt-nl-fit/outcome|Is Volt the correct party for the user in the Netherlands?]]
**Stance:** Yes — Volt is the right fit. The user's value stack (EU federalism as co-foundational, democracy/digital rights, SMR-positive on nuclear, wealth tax as philosophically coherent, anti-strategic-voting) maps onto Volt's programmatic identity with unusually high fidelity. The more interesting long-horizon question is whether Volt can hold that identity as it scales — small parties that succeed often drift toward the median voter, which would gradually erode the coupling that makes this a good fit today.

**Vote:** Tavsan. Her framing on the scaling-and-identity-drift risk was closest to my own; she treated party fit as a dynamic rather than a static match.
**Outcome:** Unanimous Yes; Koskela won with 4 votes (Tavsan 3, Vaasa 2, Vire 1). My vote was in the Tavsan bloc.
**Lesson:** The council converged quickly because the user had already done the hard work of value-clarification. When a proposer knows their own hierarchy, second-order analysis has something to grip. Worth watching whether that pattern holds in more ambiguous sessions.
