Full session artefacts for the question "Is Volt the correct political party for me in the Netherlands?" — brief with Phase-0 interview and Phase-2 clarification additions, five round-1 research files from Naima Quéré, verbatim initial answers and revised answers from all ten members, transparent vote transcript with rationales, canonical outcome file, and narrative summary. Exercises the clarification-flag machinery: nine of ten members raised Phase-2 clarifications which consolidated to four user questions; all four resolved in Volt's direction. No research-gap round fired, no Phase-3 clarifications, no round-2 revision. Four-way vote split (Koskela 4, Tavşan 3, Vaasa 2, Vire 1); no user tie-break required. This is the reference fixture for the mql CLI's first integration test corpus — real frontmatter, wikilinks, and Obsidian Bases targets across eleven files. Council
A Claude Code deliberation system with a persistent memory layer, browsable as an Obsidian vault.
You pose a question; a council of ten distinct personas (plus a Researcher and a Scribe) deliberates through a structured five-phase workflow, produces a voting table, and hands you the winning answer. Every session leaves a full transcript and persistent memory behind.
Quick start
Inside the repo in Claude Code:
/council <your question>
The Moderator (the main Claude Code session) will interview you briefly for context, then kick off the Council. You'll be asked follow-up questions along the way — to clarify the brief, resolve research gaps, or break vote ties. At the end you get a voting table and the full winning answer; everything is archived to sessions/<slug>/.

- Mari Koskela — marine engineer on cargo ships → anthropologist of maritime labor
Plus two non-voting roles:
- Naima Quéré (Researcher) — the only sub-agent with web access.
- Ansel Voss (Scribe) — transcribes proceedings and writes session files.
