trim CHANGELOG bullets to the 60-word cap

The T-325 and T-342 entries leaked commit-body detail into the changelog;
shorten to user-facing impact per the changelog-gate cap.

### Added
- **Live tail inside expanded Bash activity cards.** Expanding a Bash card whose
command follows a file (`tail -f …`, `tail -n N …`) now shows a live, scrolling
terminal of that file below the result, so you can watch progress on a
long-running tail instead of waiting for the final block. clide can't see
Claude's running process, so it opens its OWN read-only follower on the same
file — never re-running or intercepting the command — connected lazily only
while the card is expanded and torn down on collapse. A command with no
independent file-backed source (a pipe into `tail`, a path outside the repo)
shows a muted "no independent source to follow" note rather than an empty
terminal. (T-325)
- **Live tail inside expanded Bash activity cards.** A Bash card that follows a
file (`tail -f …`) now shows a live, scrolling read-only tail of that file
below the result — connected only while the card is expanded. Commands with no
followable file show a muted "nothing to follow" note. (T-325)
### Changed
- **Each spawned subagent gets its own collapsing activity card.** A fan-out of
N agents (Task/Agent tool) used to merge into one shared "Activity / N steps"
cluster; now every agent spawn is its own first-class collapsing card with its
folded prompt and nested run, labelled by its task. Surrounding non-agent tool
calls (Bash/Read/Grep) still group into the normal Activity card. Under a
parallel fan-out, an item that can't be attributed to a specific agent now
renders inline rather than being mis-filed into a sibling agent's card. (T-342)
N agents no longer merges into one "Activity / N steps" cluster — each spawn is
its own card with its prompt and nested run. Non-agent tool calls still group
as before. (T-342)
