- #384: Content directory structure design doc (10 sections + 2 appendices,
defines canonical IDs, 8 JSON schemas, 3-tier validation pipeline, migration path)
- #374: Update entity-attributes.md (14→16 keys, secret→leverage rename,
add 4 role-perspective keys, archetype interpretation note)
- #376: Nils Davan off-stage NPC stub (GHOST+HANDLER pattern, lattice messages,
Triangle 1 role, relationship to Kael)
