Composition read: WITNESS + SKEPTIC creates dangerous knowledge: "She saw something and she can't stop questioning it." Maret did not choose to witness the discrepancies (WITNESS) — her job put the data in front of her. But her response is not passive acceptance; it is systematic doubt (SKEPTIC).
