Fix 3 issues from round 2 review:

- ovh_arc_003: "Gatebuilder" → "Founder structure" (canonical term)
- ovh_ror_002: Subordinate → Colleague (peers, not hierarchy)
- ovh_mfg_001: "Orien" → "Krev" (too close to Earth constellation)
