The F5V primary is bright. Bright enough that the system feels incongruent with its position at hop 21 on a corridor that has been growing progressively dimmer and stranger since hop 15. The habitable world is well-lit, atmospherically dense, geologically stable — conditions that the survey data documented centuries ago and that wave_5 settlers, arriving approximately 20 years ago, found exactly as described.
