Process
Each track runs on its own worktree branch. Within a track, process systems in hop order (closest to Gateway first).
Per system: run /atlas author-system "{system_id}" — the skill
handles wiki analysis, skeleton generation, Miri naming, Paula review,
Ozzie+Paula dual quality check, integrity verification, and commit.
Parallelization Rules
- Multiple tracks can run simultaneously on separate branches
- DB commits serialize through main after branch merge
- Name collision checks run against the full DB before each commit
- PO reviews at corridor-batch level (after each hop tier completes)
