jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 db241b88bd refactor(schema): rename biome_summary to planet_class (D-188) 
"Biome" describes per-zone vegetation classification (Whittaker table).
"Planet class" describes overall planetary character. The conflation
caused the planet generator to misclassify ~270 bodies as barren.

Scope: systems.db column, schema SQL, Rust atlas code, wiki table
headers (Biome → Class), atlas proposal JSONs, all docs/decisions,
tooling scripts. Also normalizes atmosphere vocabulary (breathable →
standard) and expands planet class mapping to all 26 wiki values.
Unknown classes default to temperate for modder safety.

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 37ba7042a8 data(atlas): add missing planets and asteroid belts to 40 proposals 
Systems below the minimum planet count for their spectral class now
have outer ice/frozen worlds added. Systems missing asteroid belts
have a sparse outer belt inserted. Orbit indices renumbered to stay
monotonic after insertions.

Remaining 5 verify errors are unnamed stations/bodies (content decisions).

Total: 59 bodies + 10 stations across 6 systems.

Named bodies: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Luna, Mars, Phobos, Deimos,
Jupiter, Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto, Saturn, Titan, Enceladus,
Uranus, Neptune (Sol); Threshold, Arden, Verantis (Gateway);
Kallast, Vethis (Ran); Edict (Sirius); Sede (ACB); Rush (Struve).
Named stations: Kallast Freight Terminal, Conclave, Aperture,
Leverage, Quorum, The Stack.

Atlas CLI: added commit-system auto-update of star_systems counts,
next command for hop-ordered authoring, sync-wiki with full field
rendering. Edict naming lore added to Sirius wiki by Miri.
