- Delete worktree-update skill template (replaced by sprint branches)
- Remove worktree-update references from settings, manifests, tests
- Update customization-examples to sprint-branch language
- Remove three-tier severity from pr-review template (every comment
is actionable, no suggestion tier)

Persistent worktrees (server, client, copy, audio, visual, ci, planning,
maintenance) caused agents crossing boundaries, stuck agents leaving
uncommitted work, and index.lock collisions. Replaced with ephemeral
sprint branches (sprint-{N}/{team}) and worktrees created on demand.
Changes:
- New start-sprint script replaces start-session (dynamic tabs per active team)
- Sprint teardown integrated into sprint-start skill (A1c step)
- SR_DB_PATH env var for database access from any directory
- CLAUDE.md team boundaries rewritten (scope-based, not directory-based)
- Agent Rule 0 updated to team scope dirs instead of worktree isolation
- PR review uses git show instead of cross-directory reads
- Briefing template updated for sprint-{N}/{team} branch naming
- Deleted worktree-update skill (obsolete)
- Removed WORKTREE_TEAM env var and cross-directory Read permissions
- All 8 persistent worktrees removed

Remove the db/connectors → tooling/db/ symlink added in Sprint 21
(#274) and migrate all references to use tooling/db/ directly.
- Delete tracked symlink from db/connectors
- Remove duplicate db/connectors/* permission patterns from settings
- Update project-structure.md to reflect removal
- Move whatsinagame/static/db/connectors/ to whatsinagame/static/tooling/db/
- Update 20 whatsinagame template, skill, and test files
- Update comment references in client/tests/test_anti_tedium.gd
- Historical docs (old sprint briefings, changelog, discussions) left as-is

Adopts the whatsinagame naming pattern where the domain comes
first and the action second (e.g. pr-review, sprint-start,
audio-gen). Updated all cross-references in settings, agents,
docs, and inter-skill references.
12 renames: commit→git-commit, create-skill→skill-create,
gen-audio→audio-gen, gen-image→image-gen, plan-sprint→sprint-plan,
push-pr→pr-push, render-sprite→sprite-gen, review-pr→pr-review,
search-docs→docs-search, start-sprint→sprint-start,
start-workshop→workshop-start.
