jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 55fd30f692 fix(docs): rename GJ-7547 from Wag-'n-Bietjie to Skemeraand 
"Twilight evening" — fits the corridor position (hop 22, one before
Abzu at terminus) without looking cartoonish next to the gravitas
of the deep frontier. Updated index.md etymology, GTTR entry,
Abzu references, and deep frontier regional index.

61 new entries from hop 3 (Cairnside) to hop 23 (Abzu),

jpmschweitzerandClaude Opus 4.6 b043de73c5 feat(wiki): add Drifter's Guide to the Reach — core systems and index 
Write 21 new Guide entries for all core systems (24 total with the 3
existing), plus the Guide index with preface and 6 sector chapter files
(core complete, cardinal stubs in Guide voice).

In-universe publication by Adams & Ford Publishing Syndicate. Voice
inspired by Douglas Adams — homage, not pastiche.
