refactor(data): rename Krenn to Van Maanen's Star

System S-057 assigned to real star GJ 35 (Van Maanen's Star, DG white
dwarf at 13.9 ly). Renamed across all content, server code, docs,
decisions, wiki lore, and config files. 224 files updated.

docs(docs): add frontmatter to all sprint briefings

Standardized YAML frontmatter on all 115 sprint briefing files across
sprints 1-26 with title, description, type, status, sprint number, and
team fields.

50 tickets across 5 teams: server (tier system, KG boundaries,
sound events), client (audio, fog indicators), copy (all v0.1
content), visual (grammar doc, placeholder spec), ci (tooling).
Sprint goal: production-layer foundations + complete v0.1 copy.
