Systems below the minimum planet count for their spectral class now have outer ice/frozen worlds added. Systems missing asteroid belts have a sparse outer belt inserted. Orbit indices renumbered to stay monotonic after insertions. Remaining 5 verify errors are unnamed stations/bodies (content decisions). GJ 1221 (dead white dwarf, 200-person independent research team), Keid/Cadwal (conservation world, Vance capital, Veil Institute station), Renaissance/Ruhr (Gate Corp HQ, 5B manufacturing), Parallax/Estrade (media capital, 1.8B), Sindri/Witwatersrand (DSMC mining HQ, Kimberley, Jhb Orbital, Pilbara Belt, Dampier — DSMC footprint across entire system), Groombridge/Lendel (financial center, 900M). Fixed Sindri proper_name in DB (was Vargr, flagged for IP). Atlas CLI: commit-system now auto-updates star_systems counts, next command for hop-ordered authoring.
