Sprint 28 lesson: 3 review rounds without launching the game missed
critical bugs. Now enforced:
- pr-push: mandatory headless smoke test before pushing, visual
verification question for UI changes
- pr-review: parse check before spawning reviewers, process gap flag
if runtime testing wasn't performed
- Araminta: check Poly Haven + Quaternius before creating assets

The in-universe setting name is "the Settled Reach", not
"Commonwealth" (Hamilton's protected IP). Updated all 17 agent
description lines and intro paragraphs, plus file-specific
references in araminta, gore, ozzie, paula, and tiger.
Kept book references in miri.md (inspiration) and si.md (namesake).
Also updated pr-review and git-commit skill references.

Consolidates all connector scripts under tooling/ per project
structure conventions. Symlink at db/connectors → tooling/db/
preserves backwards compatibility (remove after Sprint 22).
Updated references in CLAUDE.md, Makefile, DEVOPS.md, all skill
files, agent files, rules, schema comments, and Sprint 21
briefings. Python scripts updated with correct SCHEMA_PATH
(now relative to WORKTREE_ROOT/db/schema.sql).

Adopts the whatsinagame naming pattern where the domain comes
first and the action second (e.g. pr-review, sprint-start,
audio-gen). Updated all cross-references in settings, agents,
docs, and inter-skill references.
12 renames: commit→git-commit, create-skill→skill-create,
gen-audio→audio-gen, gen-image→image-gen, plan-sprint→sprint-plan,
push-pr→pr-push, render-sprite→sprite-gen, review-pr→pr-review,
search-docs→docs-search, start-sprint→sprint-start,
start-workshop→workshop-start.

Claude Code's CWD is always the worktree root, so all script
invocations work with plain relative paths (db/connectors/ticket,
db/connectors/qdrant-search, etc.). The REPO_ROOT environment
variable and its settings.local.json definitions are no longer needed.
Updated: CLAUDE.md, all skill files, qatux agent file.
The settings.local.json env sections were also removed across all
9 worktrees (non-git files, edited directly).

Each worktree now has REPO_ROOT pre-set in .claude/settings.local.json,
removing the need for git rev-parse --show-toplevel at runtime. Updated
CLAUDE.md, skills (start-sprint, plan-sprint, ticket, search-docs),
briefing template, and qatux agent to use the env var prefix.

Teams are server, client, copy, audio, visual, ci. Never use
"joint" — split cross-team work into per-team tickets with
explicit dependencies.

Agent personality files and skill definitions updated to reference decisions/
domain files instead of monolithic DECISIONS.md.

Instructs Qatux to always use project-relative paths in documents,
since the project is worked on across multiple systems.

Miri now flags concepts that drift too close to specific franchises
(Hamilton, Banks, Reynolds, Simmons, Morgan) and proposes original
alternatives. "Inspired by" means structural dynamics, not surface
details.

Pivot to original IP means Miri no longer guards Hamilton canon.
New role: designs and maintains the original SF setting, ensures
internal consistency, grounds features in worldbuilding. Updated
agent file, agents README, and team roster.

Set up Commonwealth game project with complete agent team (18 agents),
discussion archives (12 rounds), briefing system, ticketing database,
Qdrant document search, and skill definitions. Establishes the
documentation and tooling foundation for engine selection and
implementation phases.
