Narrative: fix register mismatches (ovh_rag_002 Social→Gossip, ovh_ctx_002 Social→Gossip, ovh_med_003 Gossip→Work), fix inverted authority dynamic in ovh_hos_002, add progression to ovh_evn_002 third turn, replace frontier_medic/liaison with ranger/settlement_administrator in ovh_dis_002, break extraction/industrial template pattern by rewriting ovh_mfg_001 (social/family) and ovh_epl_001 (social/plans). World consistency: replace Earth-ethnic names (Kessler-Dunn→Vasara-Lenn, Kovacs→Tanev, Harlan→Sareth, Henwick→Merata), replace unanchored location (Old Pemmar→Old Tarassa), replace lore-colliding name (Calloway→Vedara).
