* fix(ui): keep the confirm dialog's OK button in line with the others
#styled-confirm-ok was moved down 2px (position: relative; top: 2px), so
the OK button sat 2px below Cancel and the alternate button in every
styledConfirm dialog. Its label, and the alternate button's, now sit in a
span nudged the same way as the Cancel label, so the text keeps its place
and no button moves. Stylesheets and app.js get a new cache-bust token.

* refactor(ui): build confirm labels inline and share the Cancel nudge rule

* fix(cache): keep upstream's service worker cache name format
dev's editor tests require CACHE_NAME to match
odysseus-v<N>-pr40-editor-precache, so keep the version bump and use
that suffix.

* fix(ui): let confirm-dialog buttons grow to fit wrapped labels
The global `button { height:32px }` rule also applies to styledConfirm's
buttons. A label that wraps to two lines, such as "Delete chat and images",
"Launch anyway (CPU)" or a three-button dialog's alternate action, keeps
one line's height, so its second line renders below the button. On narrow
windows the dialog makes the buttons equal width, so this hits most
multi-word labels; it also happens on desktop, where the dialog box is
narrow too.
Give .styled-confirm-box .confirm-btn height:auto with min-height:32px.
Single-line buttons keep their current 32px.
Bumps the shared stylesheet/app cache token and the service worker cache
name, since a stylesheet changed.

static/style.css no longer holds every rule. 79 rules for the document,
gallery and editor panels now live in static/css/, yet 27 browser tests still
built their synthetic page with a single <link> to style.css, and 51 more read
that one file as though it were the whole cascade. Those tests kept passing
while covering less: a rule that moved became invisible to the assertion that
was meant to pin it.
Python readers now call tests.helpers.stylesheets.app_css(), and synthetic
pages are built from stylesheet_link_tags() so they load exactly what
index.html loads, in the same order. The helper already existed; this moves
the remaining callers onto it.
test_portal_dropdown_z_js parametrised over a file list including style.css to
assert an absence. Checking a negative against one file of a split stylesheet
is how a moved rule escapes, so the CSS case now checks the concatenation.
Two guards keep it from coming back: one fails on any test reading
static/style.css directly, the other on any synthetic page linking it alone.
Both name the helper to use.
No production code changes. Suite is unchanged at 6 pre-existing failures.
* feat: add dismiss (×) button to all toast notifications (#1355)
* Refresh README presentation
* fix: reset pointer-events on toast dismiss button click
Action toasts set pointer-events:auto on #toast for their clickable
button, but the × close-button handler only cleared the auto-hide timer
without resetting pointer-events. This left an invisible fixed overlay
blocking clicks in the top-right area after manual dismissal.
- Add pointerEvents reset in both showToast and showError close handlers
- Add DOM behavior tests for pointer-events across all toast types

Screen readers got no signal that a dialog opened — not one modal carried
role="dialog" — and several close buttons had no accessible name.
- The 6 static tool windows (Brain, Theme, Prompt, Rename session, Cookbook,
Settings) now carry role="dialog" + an accessible name. They are dockable,
tiling windows, so they are non-modal dialogs (intentionally no aria-modal).
- The four unlabelled close buttons (theme, prompt, cookbook, settings) get an
aria-label so they no longer read as just "heavy multiplication x".
- styledConfirm / styledPrompt ARE blocking modals: they get role="dialog" +
aria-modal="true" + aria-labelledby/aria-describedby, and now manage focus —
restore focus to the triggering element on close and trap Tab within the
dialog (they already moved focus in on open).
tests/test_dialog_aria.py pins the roles, labels, and focus management.
