RaresKeY cd9f1f734f fix(security): detect incident CAs in custom trust stores 
Reject the published compromised intermediates and cross-signed G3 issuer when supplied as trust anchors. Add explicit CA-override inspection and offline chain regressions with a fixed verification time and affected positive control.
