Subject: [PATCH] fix(settings): name the gate-off option in its row copy

The Tool approval row copy opened with "Auto-approve turns off..." beside
an option now labelled Off (YOLO). Start the sentence with the option's
own name. Follow-up to #6304; no behaviour change.
