- Convert picture fields from string to block format
- Use vanilla trait names (ambitious, sadistic, greedy, callous,
  compassionate) instead of trait_ prefixed versions
- Move stress from cost block to add_stress in effect block
- Fix add_opinion: add required target field, remove redundant
  opinion value
