- Changed mistborn_init.0001 from character_event to scope=none with
  every_living_character, matching vanilla on_game_start pattern
- Replaced negative add_gold with remove_short_term_gold in hemalurgy
  bribe option
- Removed single-item OR wrapper around any_parent Mistborn check in
  activate_allomancy_effect
