feat(history): replace vanilla education traits with custom Mistborn tracks

Browse Source 
Replaces all 50 vanilla education traits (education_diplomacy_*,
education_stewardship_*, etc.) across all starting characters with
the 5 custom Mistborn education tracks:

- Noble characters → education_noble_court (diplomacy/intrigue)
- Allomantic combatants → education_allomantic (martial/prowess)
- Skaa characters → education_skaa (intrigue/prowess)
- Terris Keepers → education_keeper (learning/stewardship)
- Steel Inquisitors → education_ministry (learning/stewardship)

Also fixes trait_allomantic_strength_strong → trait_allomantic_strong
on the Lord Ruler (mismatched the actual trait definition name).
