chore(meta): add orient skill and project README

Added /orient skill for lightweight context bootstrapping — reads
README.md, skill frontmatters, and mod structure without flooding
context. Added a lean README.md as the entry point for orientation.

+
+Minimal context bootstrap. Read **only** what's listed below — nothing more.
+
+## Step 1: Project overview
+
+Read `README.md` in the project root. This gives project structure, core
+systems, and pointers to detailed references. Do NOT read `CLAUDE.md` yet —
+it contains detailed conventions only needed when writing code.
+
+## Step 2: Available skills
+
+Glob for `.claude/skills/*/SKILL.md`. For each, read only the YAML frontmatter
+(the block between `---` fences, typically lines 1–10). Do NOT read skill
+bodies — the frontmatter descriptions are enough to know when to invoke them.
+
+## Step 3: Mod file structure
+
+Glob for `lords_of_ash/**/*` with depth 2 (e.g. `lords_of_ash/*` and
+`lords_of_ash/*/*`) to see what directories and files exist on disk. Do NOT
+read any file contents.
+
+## Step 4: Recent activity
+
+Run `git log --oneline -5` to see what was last worked on.

+Summarize in 5–8 lines:

+- Skills available (names only)
+- Directories/files present in the mod
