feat(history): add Kelsier's crew as canonical characters

Add 12 characters for the core Mistborn cast: Kelsier (900200),
Vin (900201), Sazed (900202), Breeze (900203), Ham (900204),
Clubs (900205), Dockson (900206), Marsh (900207), Yeden (900208),
OreSeur (900209), plus deceased parents (900210-900211). Set family
relationships (Kelsier/Marsh brothers, Vin's mother with
allomantic potential). Kelsier gets pits_survivor flag and
wounded_1 trait. Traits sourced from character profile docs for
lore accuracy.

The Steel Ministry monitors all known Allomancers, registers Misting abilities among the nobility, and hunts those who hide their powers. Unregistered Allomancers are threats to the order — and the Ministry deals with threats decisively."
tenet_imperial_mandate:0 "Imperial Mandate"
tenet_imperial_mandate_desc:0 "The Lord Ruler's authority is absolute and divinely ordained. He defeated the Deepness, remade the world, and has ruled for a thousand years. To obey the Lord Ruler is to serve the force that saved all life. To defy him is heresy of the highest order."

tenet_keepers_vow_desc:0 "The Keepers swear to preserve knowledge above all else — every religion, every history, every language that the Lord Ruler has tried to erase. They are scholars and pacifists, not warriors. Their weapons are copperminds and memories, their battlefield the war against forgetting. A Keeper who takes up the sword has broken their most sacred oath."
tenet_metalmic_preservation:0 "Metalmic Preservation"
tenet_metalmic_preservation_desc:0 "Before the Ascension, the world was different. The sun was yellow, plants were green, and knowledge flowed freely. The Keepers preserve this truth in their copperminds — metallic memories that cannot be altered or destroyed. Through Feruchemy, they keep alive what the Lord Ruler would bury. The knowledge they carry is the seed of a better world."
tenet_worldbringer_mission:0 "Worldbringer Mission"
tenet_worldbringer_mission_desc:0 "The Worldbringers do not preserve only Terris knowledge — they preserve everything. Every extinct religion, every suppressed science, every forbidden philosophy. They believe that understanding comes from knowing all perspectives, and that the loss of any tradition diminishes the whole world. Even the faiths of their enemies deserve to be remembered."

# CUSTOM TENETS — Survivorism
# ================================================================
tenet_kelsiers_sacrifice:0 "The Survivor's Sacrifice"
tenet_kelsiers_sacrifice_desc:0 "The Survivor stood against the Lord Ruler and died so that others might believe. His death was not defeat — it was the spark that lit the fire of resistance. Every Survivorist carries that flame. They undermine the empire's control, whisper hope in the plantations, and dream of the day the Lord Ruler falls. The Survivor proved that one person's defiance can change the world."
tenet_hope_in_ash:0 "Hope in Ash"

Somewhere beneath the grey, flowers can grow. Somewhere beyond the ash, the sun shines gold. Hope is the most radical act of defiance — to believe in a better world when every evidence says otherwise."

tenet_underground_network_desc:0 "Survivorism thrives in the shadows — in cellar meetings, whispered prayers, and secret signs scratched into plantation walls. The underground network connects skaa communities across the Final Empire, sharing news, hiding fugitives, and coordinating resistance. The Ministry hunts these networks relentlessly, but they endure. They always endure."

# ================================================================
tenet_hemalurgic_rites:0 "Hemalurgic Rites"
tenet_hemalurgic_rites_desc:0 "The followers of Ruin practice Hemalurgy as sacred ritual — driving metal spikes through living victims to steal their power. Each spike tears away a piece of the victim's soul and grafts it onto the recipient. The process is violent, irreversible, and deeply corrupting. But to the cult, it is the purest form of worship: destruction that creates, death that gives life. Ruin's art made manifest."
tenet_embrace_destruction:0 "Embrace Destruction"
tenet_embrace_destruction_desc:0 "All things end. Stars burn out. Mountains crumble. Empires fall. The followers of Ruin do not fear this truth — they embrace it. Where others see tragedy in entropy, they see liberation. The ash that buries the world is not a curse but a promise: that even the Lord Ruler's thousand-year tyranny will one day be unmade. Acceptance of destruction brings a strange peace, even as it hollows out the faithful."
tenet_ruins_whispers:0 "Ruin's Whispers"
tenet_ruins_whispers_desc:0 "Ruin speaks to those who listen. Through Hemalurgic spikes, through moments of violence and despair, through the cracks in a person's sanity — the voice of entropy whispers guidance. It offers knowledge of enemies' weaknesses, insights into hidden schemes, and the terrible clarity that comes from seeing the world as Ruin sees it: temporary, fragile, and already falling apart."

doctrine_allomancy_controlled:0 "Allomancy Must Be Controlled"
doctrine_allomancy_controlled_desc:0 "Allomancy is a powerful force that must be registered, monitored, and regulated by proper authority. Unregistered Allomancers threaten the social order. The Ministry's Seekers and Smokers ensure that every Allomancer is known and accounted for."

This division is sacred law. Intermarriage is heresy, and any skaa who bears a noble child must be killed — the Lord Ruler's own decree."
doctrine_caste_irrelevant:0 "Caste Is Meaningless"
doctrine_caste_irrelevant_desc:0 "Before Preservation, all souls are equal. The division between noble and skaa is a political construct, not a divine truth. Allomancy itself proves this — the power crosses bloodlines regardless of caste. What matters is not the circumstances of your birth, but the choices you make."
doctrine_caste_tool:0 "Caste as Tool"
doctrine_caste_tool_desc:0 "Castes are neither sacred nor evil — they are instruments of control. The followers of Ruin use whatever social structures serve their purposes. A useful noble is kept. A useful skaa is elevated. An obstacle of either caste is removed. Power cares nothing for bloodlines."

However, women suffer no other restrictions — they hold titles, serve in council, command armies, and wield Allomancy as equals. The preference affects only inheritance order, not capability or participation."
doctrine_gender_equal:0 "Full Equality"
doctrine_gender_equal_desc:0 "No preference in succession or any other system. Allomancy does not discriminate by gender, and neither does this faith. Men and women are judged solely by their abilities and their devotion."
doctrine_gender_irrelevant:0 "Gender Is Irrelevant"

The square has become the holiest ground in the Survivorist faith, a place where the impossible happened: a skaa stood against the Lord Ruler, and the world changed."

holy_site_well_of_ascension_desc:0 "Hidden beneath Kredik Shaw, the Well of Ascension is a reservoir of Preservation's concentrated power. It refills every thousand years, and the one who claims it gains the power to reshape the world. The Lord Ruler used it once, a millennium ago. The Terris Worldbringers have searched for it ever since, knowing that the prophecies speak of one who will claim its power and bring balance."

steel_ministry_faith_modifier_desc:0 "The state religion of the Final Empire grants its followers the weight of institutional authority — the Lord Ruler's approval, the Ministry's resources, and the certainty that comes from serving the winning side."
survivorism_faith_modifier:0 "Survivor's Defiance"
survivorism_faith_modifier_desc:0 "Survivorists undermine the Lord Ruler's control wherever they can — loosening the grip of authority, building secret networks, and binding their communities together with fierce loyalty. The empire's foundations crack a little more with each passing year."

cult_of_ruin_faith_modifier_desc:0 "Those who embrace Ruin gain a terrible clarity — stress and doubt fall away, replaced by the cold certainty that all things end. Physical prowess increases as the body is pushed beyond mortal limits, but the cost is paid in sanity and social bonds. The voice of Ruin grows louder with each surrender."
