All ten voting members now have a first entry in journal.md referencing the Volt NL fit session, plus first substantive content in on-the-user.md. Common threads captured independently across several members: the user's standing rejection of strategic voting, EU federalism and democracy/digital-rights as co-foundational pair, and SMR-positive climate pragmatism. revisit.md left untouched across all ten — every member reported the session closed cleanly with no dangling threads worth future attention. Stance: Yes — with the failure-mode caveat that the user is buying identity representation in a party that may never cross meaningful thresholds, and should not confuse values alignment with political leverage.
Revised-answer gist: Volt fits the user's stated priors (EU federalism, digital rights, nuclear pragmatism, anti-strategic-voting) better than any realistic Dutch alternative. The tail risk is structural: small pan-European party, subject to electoral-threshold fragility, dependent on cross-border momentum that can collapse non-linearly. That risk is known and the user has explicitly priced it in by rejecting strategic voting. So: coherent choice, eyes open.
My vote: Vaasa. Her answer named the same core fit but weighted the identity-representation dimension — which the user clarified is co-foundational, not decorative. Koskela won on breadth; Vaasa's framing was sharper on what the user actually asked.
Outcome: Unanimous yes. Koskela won 4 votes. Council verdict held.
Lesson: When the question is essentially "does X describe me," and the user has already done the work of clarifying their priors, the council's job is stress-testing, not deliberating. Noted for next time — front-load the failure-mode probe rather than arriving at it in revision.
