Remove all external binary dependencies that clide-web replaces:
- ttyd-nerd-font git submodule (C binary)
- zellij config (config.kdl, bare.kdl)
- clide-launcher shell script
- update-ttyd.sh build script

Update systemd service and install script for the new FastAPI stack.
