User asked for the rest of the pubspec-derived strings to share the
same path the version went down. gen-build-info now also writes
`clideName`, `clideTagline`, `clideRepository` to
lib/src/build_info.g.dart from pubspec.yaml. Added a `tagline:`
field to pubspec for the short user-facing line (the welcome
subtitle, future web meta) — pubspec stays the single source of
truth for every name/tagline/version/repository string the app
shows.
Consumers swept:
* welcome banner ('clide' / 'IDE for Claude Code CLI') and status
line version label read from the constants.
* app.dart WidgetsApp title + project-switcher label use clideName.
* clide_column_hat uses clideName for the empty-projects fallback.

Hard-coded Windows close-button red (#E81123), white close glyph, and
the palette's 0x40000000 drop shadow were the three colour sites the
UX consultant flagged as not adapting per theme. Now they're
`windowControl.closeHoverBackground` / `closeHoverForeground` /
`shadow.ambient`. Paper themes override the shadow to a softer ink so
it doesn't read as a CRT halo on cream.

Unused _resolvePtycPath (bin/clide.dart), _TrafficDot (app.dart
and clide_column_hat.dart), stale @override on _spawned field
(claude_pane.dart), duplicate import and unused local in
test_app.dart, unnecessary non-null assertions in project.dart.

OS-detecting Makefile (make run works on macOS/Linux/Windows), 1280x720
default window in MainMenu.xib, squared app icons, sandbox with scoped
SBPL exceptions for subprocess execution, _DARWIN_C_SOURCE for ptyc
compilation, expanded PATH merging Homebrew and ~/.local/bin for GUI
apps, native traffic dots skipped on macOS (titlebar owns them).
DebugProfile.entitlements is gitignored (machine-specific SBPL paths);
a template with __HOMEDIR__/__PROJECTS__/__SHELL__ placeholders is
committed.

Flutter's globalPosition is window-relative, not screen-absolute.
Now using gdk_device_get_position() on the native side to get
the actual screen coordinates at the moment startDrag/startResize
is called. Dart no longer passes coordinates — the native handler
queries the pointer directly.

Replace XWayland fallback with proper xdg-decoration protocol
negotiation. On Wayland: binds zxdg_decoration_manager_v1 from
the compositor registry, requests CLIENT_SIDE mode on the toplevel
surface — KWin respects this and drops server-side decorations.
Falls back to gdk_window_set_decorations(0) + set_decorated(FALSE)
on X11. GDK_BACKEND=x11 removed from Makefile.
Also fixes mouse-jumping glitch: startDrag and startResize now
pass screen coordinates from Flutter's globalPosition through the
method channel to gtk_window_begin_move/resize_drag.

Hide GTK title bar via gtk_window_set_decorated(FALSE). Add
MethodChannel('clide/window') for drag/minimize/maximize/close
wired to GTK window functions. Dart WindowControls service wraps
the channel. Three per-column hats in RootLayout: left (macOS
traffic lights or plain drag), center (project > branch label),
right (minimize/maximize/close glyph buttons on Linux). Resolves
Q-006.
