Eight unresolved doc references and broken README-rewritten links
that surfaced under `dart doc --validate-links`:
- Library-scope refs `[spawn]`, `[openProject]` qualified to
`[Backend.spawn]` / `[Backend.openProject]`; same treatment for
`[resolvePaths]` / `[applyResolved]` on Toolchain.
- `[D-41]` was a decision ID, not a Dart symbol — drop the brackets.
- `[from]` from I18n.interpolated qualified to `[I18nReplacer.from]`.
- `[DefaultSurfaceMap]` was a stale name (private `_defaultSurfaceMap`
in resolver.dart); switch to backticked path reference since
dartdoc can't link private members.
- `[icons/]` was a directory, not a symbol; backticked path.
- README links to `legacy/`, `docs/initial-plan.md`, `decisions/`,
`LICENSE` rewritten as absolute github.com/postmeridiem/clide URLs
so dartdoc stops re-rooting them into the doc tree.

clide is an IDE for the Claude Code CLI. The previous tagline
"Flutter desktop IDE for Claude Code" overemphasized the host
toolkit (Flutter is implementation detail, immediately obvious to
contributors) and was ambiguous about whether the integration
target is the CLI specifically.
Updates the welcome subtitle (i18n catalog + widget test + view),
the project description in pubspec.yaml, README and CLAUDE.md, the
CLI banner, and the web manifest/index.

Gitea remote kept as secondary (`gitea`). Updated repository URLs
in pubspec.yaml, licenses.yaml, and initial-plan.md. README rewritten
to reflect the current single-process Flutter architecture.

project.yaml is fresh and declares version 2.0.0-dev — a clean break
from Python clide's v1.2.0 (which remains under legacy/). It carries
module path, toolchain pins (go >=1.25, Flutter stable, Dart >=3.5),
and the Gitea repository URL. Same schema as the Makefile will read
via awk for sidecar version stamping.
README.md and LICENSE land alongside. The README pitches the rebuild
tersely and points at docs/initial-plan.md for the full story; the
Python README is preserved under legacy/README.md.
.gitignore is rewritten for the new toolchain. The previous file was
wall-to-wall Python rules; now the root ignores Flutter/Dart/Go build
output plus the usual OS/editor/secrets/.claude-local entries, and
Python-specific rules scope to legacy/** so they don't fire on any
stray caches at the repo root.
.editorconfig sets tabs for Go, two-space for Dart and everything
else, and the usual EOL + trailing-whitespace rules.

Clide is being rebuilt as a Flutter desktop app. The Python Textual
implementation moves wholesale into legacy/ rather than being deleted:
its pane model, panel set, git skills, and panel communication design
are real thought that should remain readable next to the new code
while the rebuild finds its shape. Git's rename tracking preserves
history, so `git log -- legacy/` still works.
The Flutter rebuild lives at the repo root alongside a Go sidecar
(the architecture claudian was heading toward, which folds into
clide as a core component rather than a separate plugin project).
Bootstrap of the new shape lands in subsequent commits.
