gitignore macOS entitlements and dugite binary, add Linux picker handler

DebugProfile.entitlements gitignored (machine-specific sandbox paths).
native/dugite/ gitignored (downloaded at build time).

Linux runner: add pickDirectory handler using GtkFileChooserDialog
in the existing clide/window method channel.
