add claude.ai/design handoff under docs/claude-design/

Four self-contained HTML mockups (wireframe, flows, hi-fi, design
system), four Dart theme files (clide, midnight, paper, terminal),
and flat PNG renders. Reference material for the UI build — not
runtime assets.
