set GTK_CSD=1 in make run for frameless on KDE Wayland

KWin adds server-side decorations that ignore
gtk_window_set_decorated(FALSE). GTK_CSD=1 forces client-side
decoration mode, which our set_decorated(FALSE) then suppresses.
