gitignore frame0-wireframe idmap files

Per the frame0-wireframe skill: the per-machine ID mapping file (*.idmap.json) is local state that lets pull/push reconcile with Frame0. The committed JSON wireframes are the source of truth. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
