add 8 more running verbs (T-255)

Mincing, Boiling, Humming, Buzzing, Magicking, Cliding, Zooming, Bouncing —
appended to the rotation (20 verbs, ~80s cycle). Pondering stays first, so
the reduced-motion default is unchanged.
